The Motivation

NeoZine is an online magazine (‘e-zine’) dedicated to broadcasting the most successful struggle for freedom in history. We call it the Jesus Revolution.

This Revolution spread by oppressed but stubborn freedom-fighters who won without killing anyone and without any weapons. They were hunted and killed by threatened empires, tyrants and dictators, but this tactic generated sympathy and always backfired. They tried to capture the movement by stealing the name and stamping it on their regimes. (Communists established “Christian” churches, but what “Christianity” can atheists create?)

Ironically, America-the-Free largely ignores their sacrifice, sometimes ridicules them, and often censors their history.  Few Americans know that Jesus was the first one in history to teach and actually spread freedom and equality. Long before our Bill of Rights, Jesus established communities that thrived on freedom and equality, and they spread everywhere. But who knows about that?

What passes for common knowledge about Christianity is little more than gossip and negative innuendos which always trace back to rather mean-spirited minds. (Freedom-fighters will make enemies, after all.)

Despite the thankless and undeserved reputation it gets, this is the most noble and worthwhile of all struggles–when someone finds spiritual life and eternal life Jesus freely offers (no fees, no registration required), then worlds change.

At Xenos we were privileged enough to join many other Christian fellowships struggling beneath the radar to spread  freedom and the love of Jesus for all mankind. We know countless freedom-fighters with the scars to prove it, and so many worlds changed!

Anyone can do it. Jesus left a record that explains how, and it’s the best-selling book in history. (The censors hate it!)

So we are promulgating, fomenting, disseminating and promoting free thought and freewill choice triggered by the Jesus Revolution.  They wrecked havoc and toppled empires and tyrants. But who knows about it?

We are not without bias at the NeoZine, and we are focused on our purpose: telling others about the marvelous freedom called grace.  Read about our genesis to learn more about this great privilege.

1. Spirituality (as in ‘’biblical spirituality’’) Bringing praise to God and glorifying His name, first and foremost, must saturate this publication.
2. Hot trends and topics to help sharpen the focus of this vital struggle.
3. Repositories of resources for teachers and leaders who must sustain tremendous output.
4. Promoting the spiritual upheaval that challenges the Status Quo.
